Title: Reasonable Doubt
Author: Whitney G
Publication:March 31st 2014
My cock has an appetite.
A huge and very particular appetite: Blonde, curvy, and preferably not a fucking liar… (Although, that’s a story for another day.)
As a high profile lawyer, I don’t have time to waste on relationships, so I fulfill my needs by anonymously chatting and sleeping with women I meet online.
My rules are simple: One dinner. One night. No repeats.
This is only casual sex. Nothing more. Nothing less.
At least it was , until “Alyssa”…
She was supposed to be a 27 year old lawyer, a book hoarder, and completely unattractive. She was supposed to be someone I shared law advice with late at night, someone I could trust with details of my weekly escapades.
But then she came into my firm for an interview—a college-intern interview, and everything fucking changed…
MY RATING: 2.75 / 5 STARS
I have read the entire series before I reviewed this book.
Where do I begin? Where do I seriously begin to explain my weird-ass rating for this book.
Okay, let’s start with the premise that this story is only 78 pages long so already I’m not expecting a whole lot from it. I figured, I’ll get some quick sex and then obviously, I get a big ass cliff hanger towards the end to make me want to read the second one. Well, I wasn’t wrong. I did get some sex. Sort of. And I did get a big ass cliff hanger that made me slightly annoyed because it was not set up at all and came out of nowhere.
