About Skirt Chaser:

Love gets filthy in this new erotic romance by USA Today bestselling author, Stacey Kennedy.

Greyson Crawford works hard by day and plays even harder at night. And he understands and obeys the rules of the game. One, don’t mix business and pleasure. Two, employees are off-limits. So, he’s been eagerly counting down the days until interior designer, Evie Richards is no longer under contract with his Seattle architecture firm. But when that day comes, he realizes there are more obstacles in his way. The biggest…Evie herself.

Until Evie gets asked to be the maid-of-honor in her best friend’s destination wedding, and Evie needs a date. The circumstances are perfect for Greyson to set his plan of seduction into motion. He will happily play the boyfriend for the weeklong wedding event, if Evie will surrender to his every command and play in his bed.

For Evie, it’s all fun and games until Greyson’s first touch; then she begins to question what’s real. She knows better than to fall for a guy like Greyson—a skirt chasing ladies’ man—but with every slow caress and kinky adventure, she realizes that Greyson knows what he wants, and it isn’t just her body surrendering to him…it’s her heart.

Title: Here Comes the Bride
Author: Hope Ramsay
Publication: August 29th 2017
Pages: 304
Synopsis:

There goes the groom . . .
For Professor Laurie Wilson, planning her wedding to longtime boyfriend Brandon Kopp has been a whirlwind. But somehow, between all the cake tastings and dress fittings, she never imagined being left at the altar. In the aftermath, she does what any sensible woman would – she swigs champagne and considers keying his car. Until someone knocks on her door with a much better idea for revenge.

Best man Andrew Lyndon thinks Laurie’s better off without Brandon. But Laurie’s father – and Andrew’s boss – isn’t going to accept anything less than a reconciliation. And he’s made it Andrew’s problem to solve. So Andrew decides to make Brandon jealous by setting Laurie up on a string of “dates.” After a couple of weeks, Brandon will be begging Laurie to take him back. But Andrew’s plan works a little too well because suddenly he’s the one falling for Laurie — and planning a proposal of his own.

Where do I begin with explaining my love for this book?

Let’s start with the premise of this story. It’s basically about Laurie being dumped at the alter in the beginning of the book. Her ex, Brandon, tells her the classic tale that they should take a break so they can figure things out, find out what love really is, and date around before settling in with someone. Determined to not look like a heartbroken fool, Laurie takes up on the offer to make Brandon jealous, all planned by none other than Brandon’s best friend, Andrew, and our hero. What you shouldn’t expect is that Andrew will be going on a series of dates with Laurie but rather, he is the one setting up the dates for her. Of course, Andrew grows more and more uneasy, developing feelings for Laurie along the way. And vice versa.

Blue Balls-Teaser 5

BLUE BALLS

Truth: A painful condition caused by a prolonged state of sexual arousal without release.
Myth: Only affects males.

SARAH

I’m beyond frustrated with the man who’s left me high and very far from dry. Multiple times. But, somehow, even though I’m not interested in a relationship, Mr. Tall-Dark-and-Handsome keeps me coming back for more—one crazy, sexual debacle after the next.

Come hell or high water, the stars will align, and the release will be out of this world.

JACK
I’m captivated with the woman who’s left me sixty-nine shades of blue, and she’s only in this for one thing. The first time, I blew it—and not in the good way—but I’m going to ensure we finally see it through. I need to put an end to this “plague” of sexual calamities and prove to Sarah that we can have more.

It’s time to grab the universe by the balls and show it who’s boss.

MY RATING: 4/5 STARS

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This is my first RC Boldt novel so I wasn’t sure what I was walking into when I first started. However, after reading it, I learned that her style of writing is easy, flirty, and filled with hot moments and comedic outrageous events that are unbelievable.

What I really liked about this novel is the timing. RC Boldt chose to actually develop the relationship between Jack and Sarah over time by giving us breaks like “two weeks later…”, “nine months later…”, etc. It made readers realize that their love was not insta-love but something created through time.
